Where does Tom Van der Borght ship to?

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

If you wish to place an order from a country that is not on this list, please contact us with your request via info@tomvanderborght.com. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and are estimated to be delivered between 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. 

What are the shipping costs? 

Delivery costs are €15 for orders in Belgium and €25 for orders within the European Union. 

We occasionally offer free shipping at celebratory moments, subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know. 


What are the available shipping methods?

For shipping to countries within the European Union, we use the shipping services of bpost. 


What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order.


How do I return my order? 
 
If your purchase doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that personalised or made-to-order items (for example, products in custom sizes, shapes, or materials) cannot be returned.

To start your return, simply email us at info@tomvanderborght.com with your order details and reason for return (optional). 

Once we’ve received your request, please send the items back within 14 days to the following address:

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using registered mail with tracking and insurance, and keeping your shipping receipt.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original T.VDB packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund (including standard shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original order.
